H315 4P2.H Stainless steel Beam Scales
Beam scales H315/4P2 series is stable and proved four load cells weighing solution with more versatile application than standard pallet scales. The adjustable distance between the beams (up to 5 meters) enables fitting the H315/4P2/H scales to different loads (cases, long bars, heavy sections). The load to be weighed can be placed on the beams by a standard fork-lift truck.
Beam scales H315/4P2/H series is manufactured in stainless steel version. Optionally, the number of beams in a scale can be increased to 4. Beam scales features handles for easy transporting the scales to its place of use.
The scales comes standard with an indicator PUE H315 in stainless steel housing, featuring backlit LCD display and function buttons. The indicator is installed on a long cable.
The scale is powered from mains 230V AC, RS 232 interface comes standard.
HX7.4P2.6000.H1 Stainless Steel Multifunctional Beam Scale
HX7.4P2 H is a beam scale made of stainless steel. 4-load-cell, 2-component mechanical design stands for high measurement accuracy. The weights may be loaded onto the pan using a forklift or a transporter crane, supplementary handles significantly facilitate the transport. The device has been fitted with a 7″ colour display and a diode bar graph. Blinking green and red diodes show current load mass, the mass is presented in reference to the scale range or declared minimum and maximum thresholds. At the back of the housing there are hermetic connectors of RS232, RS485, USB and Ethernet communication interfaces, plus digital inputs/outputs and analogue output. This enables cooperation with external devices such as barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems.
With use of the bracket you can either place the indicator at any flat horizontal surface, or fix it to the wall adjusting the tilt respectively to suit your needs.
The terminal’s software allows carrying out processes such as weighing, parts counting, dosing, labelling, formulations and percent weighing. Indicator’s system of information is based on databases (users, products, weighings, packaging, formulations, customers) and ALIBI memory which guarantees stored data safety.
