CDR FoodLab® – Chemical Analysis of Oils and Fats
With CDR FoodLab®, chemical analyses can be performed of all types of oils and fats of animal and vegetable origin. The sample can be analysed in the unaltered state or after a simple preparation set up by CDR laboratories.
The analyses that can be carried out are:
- Free Fatty Acids immediate reading
- Peroxide Value in 3 minutes
- Anisidine Value (AnV) in 1 minutes
- Iodine Value in 3 minutes
- Soaps immediate reading
With CDR FoodLab® you can carry out analyses of all vegetable oils and animal fats. Some examples:
